WIHSE 2021 MALAYSIA
Think of a safety professional and what image first comes to mind? Probably not that of a female safety director, or manager or even officer. There are women who are in such roles and making a great impact but, compared to their male counterparts, the numbers still remain low.
The recent HSE Insights Survey from a recruitment consultancy revealed that the gender split ratio in the HSE field currently stands at 3:1 in favor of males, while the pay gap is 18%. Women make up 42% of the employed population in the EU, yet the World Economic Forum predicts the gender gap won’t close entirely until 2186.
This Conference will be one of its kind in the region and probably in the world. It will bring together practitioners and professionals across the nations representing a wide range of industries, organization and career levels to participate in the program of workshops, presentations and discussions sessions concerning the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Loss Prevention.
This also aims to create an international forum for debate and exchange on the main challenges facing women in today’s society, and to reflect on the ways in which we can, individually and collectively, propose solutions to these problems. It will touch on those issues collectively and will witness an elite amalgam of successful pioneers in the field of Health, Safety & Environment.
The anticipated participants of this conference would be Professionals with the career as Academia, Scientists, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Technologists. At this conference, inspiring experiences and the secret to success among Women Scientists, Engineers and Technologists will be shared. It would indeed be a platform where all Professional women would look forward.
The program format includes keynote addresses, Executive Panel Sessions, Interactive Group Discussions and a plenitude of networking opportunities. You’ll participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration while building relationships and enhancing your professional network. You’ll leave this event with practical strategies, insights and guidance on how to propel your professional career forward. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from and collaborate with the top women in the HSE.
Great effort is being spent to provide programs that are diverse, interactive, forward-thinking, people-focused, change-orientated, and of the highest quality. We are expecting well over150 delegates around the globe to participate.
